As the Director of Samajik Seva Sadan (SSS), Emmanuel has spent decades at the forefront of driving inclusive and sustainable growth for the marginalized tribal and rural communities of Odisha.
An expert in eco-friendly engineering, he pioneered sustainable water and building solutions within the organization, specializing in Mud Dam Construction and Ferro-Cement Technology. His innovative technical approaches provide rural villages with durable, low-cost, and climate-resilient infrastructure while preserving the local ecosystem.
Emmanuel’s leadership is anchored in participatory project planning.
