About These Policies
These policies set out the rules and values that govern how Samajik Seva Sadan operates. The Child Protection Policy ensures the safety of every child we serve. The POSH Policy upholds a harassment-free workplace for all staff and volunteers. The HR Policy defines fair employment practices, and the Finance Policy establishes robust internal financial controls. All policies are reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors.
